This policy explains what information Tita Works collects when you visit titaworks.com or buy one of our products, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and order details. Payment is handled by our payment provider, which collects your card or payment information under its own privacy policy. We never receive your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you browse our site: standard technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) and data collected by the advertising tools described below.
How we use it
- To deliver your files and send your download link.
- To answer support requests and process refunds.
- To measure which ads work, so we can show our products to the right people.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta Pixel on our pages. It uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone views a page or starts a checkout, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.
Children
Our products are made for kids, but they are bought by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we are required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving any emails from us, by writing to support@titaworks.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
