Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase of a Tita Works digital product, including Unplugged Brain Games and its add-ons. By buying or downloading a product, you agree to them.

What you get

Our products are digital files (PDFs). Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, you receive an email with your download link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or write to support@titaworks.com.

Your license

You may download, save and print the files as many times as you want for use by your own household, including your children, grandchildren or kids in your care. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or sublicense the files, in whole or in part, or use them in a product for sale. Teachers and groups who want to use a product with a class should write to us first.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge its own fees for international payments.

What our products are, and are not

Our puzzles and games are for entertainment. We do not promise any educational, medical, developmental or behavioral result. Adults should supervise young children, especially with pencils, scissors and other supplies.

Liability

The products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
