How to get a refund
Email support@titaworks.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy, and tell us it's a refund request. You don't need to give a reason or fill out a form. You can keep the files.
What happens next
We usually process refunds within 2 business days. The money goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Before you request a chargeback
If something went wrong, like a missing email or a file that won't open, write to us first. Most problems are fixed in a few minutes, and a refund through us is faster than a dispute with your bank.
